Consent Agreement

I/We have the consent of all persons involved to have Dance + Media take photos/video of them in accordance with the booking confirmation. This includes, but is not limited to persons under 18 years of age.

I/We confirm Dance + Media has permission to capture video/photos in the location I have organised for this event/shoot in accordance with the booking confirmation.

I/We understand that the shoot will be cancelled at any point if any Dance + Media contractor feels unsafe during the shoot/event.

I/We acknowledge that Dance + Media may use snippets of the captured footage/photos for promotional purposes as the original creators of the content. (D+M will never post full routines for the protection of the creatives IP).
