Before you contact us here are some helpful tips;

Your photo gallery or video folder are empty.

Our team are working hard to upload a tonne of content for all competitors. Check in with us if your folder or gallery is still empty 72hrs after the event has ended.

Can I pre purchase my video?

Yes, you can. The store will be active when our team has received access to the final program and has loaded all the competitors to the website.

Can I combine my photo and video purchase and apply the discount code to both?

Unfortunately not. To give you the best customer experience and quality of photos and videos, we use two different platforms to deliver your content.

Discounts are available for both photo and video but applied separately on each platform at checkout.

I have emailed already… when can I expect to hear back?

We're a small but mighty crew, and our days are spent capturing performances, creating on set, editing, as well as supporting our wonderful clients and customers like you.

While we don't work around the clock, we'll respond to your email as soon as we're back at our desks.
